About the role
Summary
The Business Development Associate supports the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue-generating initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role works closely with internal teams to support business development strategies and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and potential leads

Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and digital channels

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Assist with proposals, presentations, and sales materials

Support the execution of business development and sales strategies

Track and report on pipeline activity, performance metrics, and business development results

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align efforts with company objectives

Represent the company at industry events and networking activities
Profile

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
