Position Overview

We are seeking a Revit Designer with strong hands-on Revit experience to join our Design Division. This is an in-person role based at our Burlington office and will focus on producing accurate Revit and AutoCAD drawings to support ongoing project work.

The ideal candidate will have solid Revit skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work within established standards while supporting the design team with drafting and drawing production. This role is best suited for someone who is technically strong in Revit and looking to grow within a supportive design environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting

• Produce detailed Revit drawings (2D and 3D) for assigned projects
• Assist with AutoCAD drafting and drawing updates
• Update and revise drawings based on markups and instructions
• Prepare basic drawing packages and cut sheets as directed

Production Support

• Maintain organized drawing files and digital records
• Support the design team with ongoing drafting tasks
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all drawings produced
• Assist with coordination of drawing revisions and updates

General Duties

• Follow established design standards and workflows
• Communicate clearly with team members regarding drawing tasks
• Support general administrative drafting needs as required
• Other duties as assigned by management

Position Details

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour unpaid lunch
• 40 hour work week
• In-person position at Burlington office (407 & Appleby)

Required Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Strong hands-on Revit experience (mandatory)
• AutoCAD experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work within established standards
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable team player

Assets

• Experience in construction or design drafting environment
• Exposure to swimming pool or mechanical/building projects
• Basic understanding of construction drawings
• MS Office experience
