What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and guide them through the purchasing process
• Leverage your product knowledge and experience to present new and pre-owned vehicles effectively
• Foster long-term customer relationships through follow-up, referrals, and exceptional service
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and dealership performance standards
• Stay current on inventory, financing options, and manufacturer programs

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the vehicle sales process and industry trends
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
