SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $77 ,600 +
- Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant .
B ONUS : Bonus at Target $19 ,400
- Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees.
VACANCY TYPE: This posting reflects a vacant position, for a 1-year contract.
LOCATION: Calgary Office, 5 days/week in office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support marketing and sales integration between national office and region on:
- Brand Solutions and activations by channel – Retail and On Premise, key accounts
- Channel Solutions (on-premise, retail, community and on premise key accounts)
- Regional Planning and execution related to key insights driven from understanding our brands, customers and consumers
- Understand the root of the function of the trade team is to better equip and empower our sales teams with the right trade programs and tools, at the right time in the right way
Develop and implement brand & pricing programs for regional execution across the Prairies
- Bring to market brand programs in the West on time and on budget
- Meet multiple and changing timelines and regulatory requirements
Execute with excellence through:
- Work closely with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure timely, efficient and organized execution of key trade deliverables across all channels
- Work closely with the sale team on gathering input and execution for all brand and marketing programs. Ensure regular in market travel, feedback and strong understanding of the market place
- A passion for our brands, our consumers and seeking to understand how we can better improve our trade activities to drive the business and connect in the right way with our key stakeholders
Annual planning:
- Allocate resources and communicate market program strategy and implementation to sales ( Right customers, right choices, right programs / POC planning)
- Manage annual gameplan activities on a regular basis
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- University Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Multi functional experience (Sales/Marketing, Regional Business Unit/)
- Ability to work both independently & as part of high performance cross-functional teams
- Strong communication & priority setting skills
- Understanding of Industry regulatory environment
- Project Management & Organizational skills
- Negotiation skills
- Passionate about our brands and consumers
