Key Responsibilities will include:

• Schedule drivers routes to ensure optimal utilization of manpower and equipment

• Monitor and maintain driver safety records

• Manage daily activity of the fleet

• Liaise with maintenance to ensure availability for maintenance and inspections

• Prepare reports on trucking performance and productivity

• Maintain active contact with other terminals to optimize resources

• Maintain working knowledge of products hauled, regulations and operating authorities

• Ensure driver's compliance with HOS and Safety regulations when dispatching

We need you to have:

• At least a High School diploma

• At least 6 months of experience in truck dispatching is required

• Proficient computer skills

• Spoken Hindi or Punjabi is an asset
