ServiceMaster of the Valley is looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Coordinator to join our team in the Annapolis Valley. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
As our Office Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of daily operations, supporting both our customers and our internal team. Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and returning customer inquiries
- Booking carpet cleaning and residential cleaning appointments
- Making outbound calls to schedule services
- Managing and updating social media and website content
- Maintaining vehicle logs and scheduling maintenance appointments
- Organizing and managing office files and documentation
- Assisting with area rug cleaning, laundry, and shop upkeep
- Supporting Project Managers with administrative tasks related to insurance claims
- Assisting with onboarding and training new employees
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable with phone-based work and scheduling
- Basic computer skills (social media, email, file management)
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
