Job Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, vehicle inspections, tire rotations & changes
• Replace light bulbs, windshield wipers, and filters
• Understand vehicle needs and advise client servicing
• Report all findings from vehicle inspections
• Regularly clean and organize the shop to maintain a tidy and safe envrionment
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Continuous Learning & Improvement:

• We are committed to our employee’s continuous learning and development and as such, training is provided through orientation, self-assessments, coaching sessions and demonstrations with managers.

Ideal Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License(MANDATORY)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work quickly and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced
• environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude so our customers our thrilled by their experience with us
• Ability to work both individually and as a part of a team
• Desire to learn, grow and develop your skills
• Previous experience as a Lube Bay technician is preferred
