THE ROLE
The Client Executive plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving new business. As a creative problem solver with strong communication skills, the Client Executive navigates the breadth of the market landscape and possesses comprehensive knowledge of carrier processes and products. The Client Executive is passionate about client success, proactive in their approach, and committed to driving positive outcomes for both clients and the organization. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Most importantly, you will lead by example, live our values, and drive new business through exceptional client experiences, fostering existing relationships, and driving growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to anticipate and address dynamic client needs.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, addressing concerns and offering solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and overcome obstacles to client satisfaction.
- Navigate increased complexity in client portfolios, demonstrating creative problem solving.
- Demonstrate ownership, urgency, and adherence to timelines in all client engagements and internal projects.
- Cultivate an executive presence, effectively communicating with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Anticipate client needs and the impact of processes, addressing special client calls and inquiries with strategic insight and agility.
- Other duties as required.
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- An academic background consisting of post secondary education, certificates, industry programs, etc.
- LLQP License or willingness to obtain within 2 months of employment.
- A deep understanding of market trends, products, and processes within the industry.
- Demonstrated breadth of knowledge across group benefits and depth within key industry sectors;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to address client needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
