We are looking for an experienced, analytical Reliability Engineer with RCA and FMEA experience to join our High Prairie OSB Division, located in High Prairie, Alberta. Our mill has undergone an exciting major rebuild and modernization including the commissioning of a new continuous press which will makes us the most modern mill in North America.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with RCA/RCFA and FMEA.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Excellent people leadership skills.
- Experience with preventive maintenance program development, data analysis, lubrication, vibration, and ultrasound.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will:

Lead a small team and take charge of all predictive and preventative maintenance projects.

Report directly to the maintenance manager.

Partner with members of the team to problem solve and implement innovative solutions.

Encourage and recognize the contributions of others.
-
Keep your team safe by ensuring all provincial and safety regulations are adhered to.

Manage the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closing of reliability projects and improvements.

Develop, implement, and track reliability KPI’s.
-
Utilize your comprehension of blueprints and designs to troubleshoot and understand our equipment.

You’ll earn a competitive salary based on your skills and experience. The expected base salary range for this position is $87,000 to $116,000/year.

You'll earn an additional northern allowance on top of your base pay.
