Profile:
This 16-month internship is an opportunity to work with the Project Engineering team to support in the coordination of multiple projects, governance, and processes, as part of the DHC-515 Program. We are seeking a motivated engineering student who will pivotal role in facilitating the development and evolution of DHC-515 processes and alignment with new tools.
This internship will begin in May, 2026.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Co-chair meetings including project reviews, maintain databases, action registers, and financial data.
- Prepare governance packages on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, and distribute them to cross-functional organization.
- Produce project schedules and Action Registers.
- Ensure adherence to project Milestones and deliverables.
- Identify roadblocks and risks.
- Produce quality governance and reporting.
- Process revisions, creation, and cancellation.
- Support activities related to new IT tools within Engineering.
- Create and manage ERD workflows.
Requirements:
- Current Business and/or Engineering Undergraduate with strong academic performance, active in university and/or community activities.
- Previous Internship or work experience in Project Coordination/Management or Engineering would be considered an asset.
