About the role
Quick Facts
- Forklift Operator (Reach Truck) Job Opportunity
- Straight Afternoons – Monday to Friday (Mon to Thurs 3:30pm-12:30am, Fri 3:30pm-8:30pm)
- $21.00 per hour (includes $0.50 aft shift premium), depending on machine experience and certification status
- Located in Acton (52 Futura Road)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate Narrow Aisle Reach Truck for full duration of shift
- Pull product from overstock racking to fulfill orders, often pulling single cases from a pallet (requires extra attention to detail)
- Load and unload trailers as required, using Counterbalance or Walkie trucks
- Perform cycle counts of product
- Move inventory accurately and carefully, using the RF scanner
- Follow all Health and Safety policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience operating a Forklift and or Crown/Raymond Reach.
- RF handheld experience an asset
- Must wear CSA approved Safety Shoes.
- Ability to lift or move product up to 50 lb/23kg throughout the 8 hour shift
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop and stretch ongoing throughout the shift to accomplish tasks
