Our client, a major player in the mobility and infrastructure management sector, is seeking supervisors to oversee operations related to parking, valet services, and associated commercial activities.

In a dynamic environment focused on operational efficiency, you will play a key role in coordinating field teams, maintaining service quality, and optimizing daily operations. Main Responsibilities:

-       Supervise the daily operations of a parking site and associated services to ensure safe and efficient functioning.

-       Guide and support field teams to maintain service quality and ensure smooth operations.

-       Perform regular inspections of facilities to ensure they are in good condition (maintenance, safety, lighting, and signage).

-       Identify operational issues and ensure quick follow-up on necessary corrective actions.

-       Ensure the availability of materials and resources needed for smooth operations.

-       Support teams during peak periods and intervene on-site when needed.

-       Participate in coordinating replacements and integrating new employees.

-       Prepare and submit required operational and administrative reports.

-       Manage special situations and ensure high-level customer service.

-       Collaborate with relevant parties to maintain high operational standards.

-       Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:

-       Proven experience in managing and supervising teams, with the ability to delegate responsibilities appropriately.

-       Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

-       Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Quebec).

-       Clean driving record with the SAAQ.

-       Advanced proficiency in English to communicate in daily exchanges with the team (50% of the time).

Salary: $25 per hour
