Tomlinson Ready Mix is currently seeking licensed drivers for our Petawawa location. The successful individuals will ensure that loads are delivered in a safe and timely manner.

**Location:**Petawawa, ON

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and inspect truck to ensure safe use, checking fluid levels and air pressure.

• Inspect and maintain concrete loads, ensuring mixer is operating correctly and cleaned afterwards.

• Deliver concrete according to schedule and communicate with dispatch.

• Clear and effective communication to ensure clients needs are met.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid AZ or DZ Driver’s License

• Flexible work schedule with a variation of a scheduled start times

• Clean drivers abstract

• Must have the ability to work flexible hours (including Saturdays and evenings)

• Must have the ability to work out of our Moodie Drive Plant on occasion as well

• Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Working outside in all weather elements.

• Coming in contact with concrete and cement dust.

• Frequently climbing up and down from the truck.

• Occasionally assisting with sweeping concrete down the chute.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION

The expected salary range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00 per hour. Placement within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
