We are looking for a Delivery Driver for Roseland Produce. This is a customer service role where you will be driving a straight truck around Southwestern Ontario (Burlington to London and/or Niagara). We deliver to customers 7 days a week with start times between 5:00am and 7:00am until all deliveries are completed.

Position Summary:
As a G Class Delivery Driver with Roseland Produce, you will deliver food products and order items to our customers to meet their business requirements. In this active position as a Class G Delivery Driver, your day will consist of driving to our customer locations to deliver products/orders, and interacting with our customers to provide excellent customer service and help resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery and pick up of customer products and orders as scheduled
• Follow safe and efficient work procedures to meet customer requirements
• Moving products up to 50lbs regularly
• Complete and verify all required paperwork for customer orders, including scanning as proof of deliver, invoices and returns
• Safely and professionally operate company vehicles and equipment including conducting pre and post-trip inspections, completion of required logs and reports
• Demonstrate a willingness to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow the Company’s policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all Ministry of Transportation rules and regulations
• Follow safe and efficient work procedures to meet customer requirements including maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Complete and keep up to date on all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality Assurance training pertinent to the role
• Responsible for reporting any and all concerns related to the Health & Safety, safe handling and integrity of all items received, stored and distributed by Roseland Produce
• Adherence to all Health & Safety, Food Safety and WHMIS practices
• Follow safe and efficient work procedures to meet customer requirements including maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Class “G” Driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract required
• Minimum of 3 years G Class driving experience
• Good communication skills and customer service experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
• Adherence to all Health & Safety, Food Safety and WHMIS practices
• Geographical knowledge of the GTA considered an asset
• Flexible to work assigned scheduled and complete route schedules as required
