About the role

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 yearto 2 years
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Responsibilities and Tasks
Identify current and prospective staffing requirements Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling Collect and screen applicants Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions ofemployment Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination ofemployment process Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet theorganization’s goals
Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge
