The Role

As a Corporate Sales Associate, you’ll support the Corporate Sales team by processing wireless requests, managing orders, and assisting customers across multiple channels. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and customer-first mindset will ensure seamless experiences for our business clients.

What You’ll Do

• Process wireless requests quickly and accurately.
• Fulfill customer orders, including activations, invoicing, packing, and shipping.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Manage accounts receivable, following up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and updated pricing guides.
• Prioritize tasks with urgency, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support Corporate Sales Team in managing business accounts.

What You Bring

• Office administration certificate + 1 year of sales experience (or equivalent).
• Experience processing wireless requests in a sales or customer service setting.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Customer-first approach, ensuring professional and seamless service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
