Come make your mark and have a visible impact by shaping executive and corporate communications tied to organizational priorities. The Manager, Communications & Executive Office works at the center of the organization, partnering closely with the President & CEO, Board, and Senior Leadership Team and provides strategic communications leadership and senior-level executive support. The role serves as a trusted extension of the Executive Office, enabling clear communication, effective governance, and execution of organizational priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
This position blends corporate and executive communications with executive assistant–level advisory and administrative support, including coordination with the Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team, employees, customers, and external stakeholders. Success requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, and discretion.
This is a non-union role with regular business hours; occasional travel may be required. Responsibilities may evolve with organizational priorities.
Note*: the preferred location for this position is Regina, SK; however, the work location will be dependent on the location of the successful candidate.*
Responsibilities:

Provide proactive, confidential executive support to the President & CEO (trusted advisor, gatekeeper, liaison) and represent the Executive Office professionally in all interactions.

Manage the President & CEO’s calendar, priorities, and logistics (meetings, travel, expenses) to optimize time and focus.

Coordinate Executive Office operations, including follow-up on decisions, commitments, and action items with minimal direction.

Plan and support Board, President & CEO, and Senior Leadership Team meetings: scheduling, agendas, briefing materials, presentations, correspondence, and action tracking.

Draft and deliver internal and external corporate communications (announcements, talking points, presentations, town halls, intranet/social content) aligned to strategy.

Develop and execute communications plans, ensuring accuracy, governance, and a consistent corporate voice across channels in partnership with internal stakeholders.

Plan and coordinate corporate event materials and end-to-end logistics.
-
Document and improve Executive Office and communications processes; coordinate resources as needed; and perform other related duties.

Other duties as required or assigned.
Quién es usted
Qualifications:
-
Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, business administration, public relations, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

3–5 years’ experience in executive/corporate communications and executive assistant or strategic administrative roles; proven support to a CEO or senior executive.

Excellent written, verbal, and research skills, with the ability to develop high-quality executive presentations and messaging.
-
Highly organized with strong judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
-
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships and partnerships.
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
-
Knowledge of corporate governance and executive operations; financial management principles are an asset.

Experience in a complex organization; IT/technology industry experience is considered an asset.
