We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT and business transformation initiatives across multiple ministries.

This role is focused on managing large-scale, cross-functional projects involving technology, business processes, and enterprise systems within a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project delivery including scope, schedule, cost, and quality management.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across multiple ministries.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and system integrations.
• Support delivery of cloud-based and SaaS solutions.
• Apply Agile and hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) delivery methodologies.
• Ensure alignment across IT systems, infrastructure, HR, finance, and business process initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large, complex IT or business transformation projects is mandatory.
• PMP Certification.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in multi-ministry or enterprise environments.
• Experience with vendor management and system integration.
• Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong background in governance, reporting, and project controls.
