Job Summary:
The Role
We’re looking for a Receptionist who can confidently run the front of house while supporting our team behind the scenes. You’ll be at the center of the action—keeping things organized, supporting staff and visitors, and helping ensure the day runs smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, likes to problem solve, and can adapt as priorities shift. You’ll also take ownership of end-of-day responsibilities to ensure the office is properly closed and ready for the next day.
Responsibilities:

Run front of house operations: greet visitors, answer phones, and manage incoming communications

Coordinate office flow, ensuring staff, clients, and vendors are supported efficiently

Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative support

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies

Support project teams with documentation, filing, and data entry

Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and proactively find solutions

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment

Be the creator of fun at work—help plan small team events, celebrations, and morale boosters

Complete daily closing procedures, ensuring the office is secure, organized, and set for the following day

Benefits
After completing your probation period of three months, some of the benefits we offer include:
- FREE Extended Health and Dental Benefits!
- Tuition Reimbursement.
- $500.00 per year for each paramedical service we offer (i.e., massage therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractor).
- $1,000.00 per year for Mental Health-related services, such as clinical psychologists, registered clinical counsellors, etc.
- An additional $500.00 per year for single plans and $1000.00 per year for family plans via our Health Care Spending Account to put towards your extended health and dental benefits.
Compensation
- Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
