Team Leader – Group Care (Full Time) Opportunity:
The Team Leader is an entry level leadership position that is responsible for all aspects of a group care program providing support to young individuals here at Vantage. They are an essential team member committed to delivering services to young people and families within a well-organized environment.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in Human Services, e.g., Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields and a minimum of four years related experience.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
- Current certifications in Standard First Aid/Level C CPR, PIC, IRC, Valid Driver’s License, and Driver’s Abstract.

In-person Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.
