We’re looking for an IT Support Services Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in working in an Office 365 environment. You’ll provide IT support by answering help desk tickets and resolving user problems, while also assisting in the administration of server and network infrastructures. You’ll also provide support in the research, analysis and deployment of hardware and software.
What you’ll do:
- Perform installations, configurations, testing, maintenance, and problem resolutions of desktop, laptops, software, and peripherals (printers)
- Perform deployment and problem resolutions of mobile devices
- Investigate and resolve hardware and software related issues related to Office 365 services
- Identify, troubleshoot, and solve technology related problems
- Assist in the evaluation, migration, installation, upgrades, and support of new technologies, equipment, operating systems, and desktop software

What you’ve got:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate knowledge of desktop support
- Advanced digital literacy across a broad range of channels and devices
- Ability to coach employees and managers, providing business-relevant advice and recommendations
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
