About the role
This position leads the strategic evolution of SIGA’s digital platform by curating a high-performance vendor product roadmap tailored to the Saskatchewan market. This role is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, optimizing game mix and feature sets to hit aggressive revenue targets, and drives player acquisition. By leveraging market intelligence and data insights, this position ensures the iGaming platform delivers a personalized, competitive gaming experience that outperforms competitors.
Main Duties :
Reporting to the Director of iGaming, this position leads the strategic evolution of SIGA’s digital platform by curating a high-performance vendor product roadmap tailored to the Saskatchewan market. This role is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, optimizing game mix and feature sets to hit aggressive revenue targets, and drives player acquisition. By leveraging market intelligence and data insights, this position ensures the iGaming platform delivers a personalized, competitive gaming experience that outperforms competitors.
Responsibilities include : Developing a multi-year vendor product strategy and roadmap by strategizing with third-party content and technology providers to secure exclusive, early-access, and SIGA-branded product offerings that drive competitive differentiation. Determining new products and platform capabilities while maintaining ongoing relationships with content vendors. Developing a growth user acquisition strategy by optimizing the digital product mix, aligning product launches and deployment calendars with key sporting, cultural, and market events. Optimizing revenue and growth through product placement, feature visibility and content mix in support of Net Win and Gross Gaming Revenue targets. Conduct regular reviews of the game library to ensure high-performing and high-margin content remains discoverable and relevant. Monitoring player behavior metrics and evaluating the financial impact of new products and features to determine return on investment and sustainable revenue growth. Leveraging marketing intelligence, player data, and performance analytics to guide evidence-based product decisions and personalization strategies. Providing effective management and supervision of the iGaming Growth & Product team.
Successful completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Management. Casino Management Certificate would be an asset. Minimum of 6 years experience in product lifecycle marketing. Experience in building a team to deliver and meet objectives. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including strong presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead, interact with, influence and resolve conflict.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor Gaming Authority / Indigenous Gaming Regulators
- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada
