What You Will Accomplish with Us
As an Administrator, Settlements, you will be central to our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and completing various transactions required for plan administration;
- Receiving and processing client requests submitted by email;
- Verifying non-financial transactions completed by colleagues;
- Preparing various reports and tax slips for clients and regulatory authorities;
- Contributing to continuous improvement by proposing solutions using Lean tools;
- Participating in the Daily Management System (DMS).

We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for their attention to detail and accuracy;
- Stands out for strong communication skills;
- Demonstrates a strong team spirit;
- Has a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Possesses an intermediate level of English, as the role involves analyzing complex documentation and files, as well as reading and drafting notes, reports, and emails in English on a daily basis with unilingual English-speaking clients and partners.

The typical hiring range for this position is between CAD 47,544 and CAD 78,090 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
