Casual Dining Servers (Seasonal, Full-Time) Vacancy: Three (3) Full-Time Vacant Positions

We are looking for motivated individuals available full-time from May 2026 through October 2026.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Delivering friendly, professional food and beverage service
• Preparing dining areas before service, including table setup, buffet preparation, and restocking condiments
• Staying knowledgeable about daily specials, menu items, ingredients, and fitness offerings
• Keeping tables, service stations, glassware, and cutlery clean and polished
• Accurately entering orders and member information into the JONAS system
• Handling guest and member concerns with professionalism and care
• Opening and closing the dining room according to standards
• Representing Donalda Club with pride by following dress code and service standards
• Pitching in with other tasks as needed teamwork makes the dream work!
• Blackout dates: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Canada day, and Hole-in-one (late October)

What We’re Looking for:

• Completion of High School (Grade 12) & Post-Secondary in Hospitality preferred
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or banquet service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of wine service is an asset
• Experience with P.O.S. systems (JONAS) is an asset
• Smart Serve Certificate (required)
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Well-groomed, mannerly, and guest-focused

Vacancy: Three (3) Full-time Vacant Positions

Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $17.80 - $19.25 per hour. Additionally, this position qualifies for an end-of-season bonus of $0.50 per hour. Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
