We are currently seeking a Java DevOps Developer - REMOTE to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

We are seeking and experienced backend developer with a strong DevOps orientation to support delivery initiatives. The role will primarily focus on Java development, CI/CD, release management, and automation, while contributing to backend development where required.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Manage code integrations and deployments using GitHub ActionsSupport release management activities across environments
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash or similar tools

Contribute to backend development using Java and JavaScript

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and operations

Basic Requirements:
4 +years background in backend development, preferably in Java

4+ years experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation

4+ years Experience with GitHub Actions for build and deployment workflows

4+ years Experience managing releases across multiple environments

4+ years Java Script Developers with a DevOps-first mindset

4+ years Experience working in agile delivery environments

Desired Skills:
Proficiency in scripting, particularly Bash

Ability to balance development and operational responsibilities
