Essential Functions

• Aircraft movement on the apron, airfield, and the airline partner’s hangars.
• Responsible for the safety of aircraft and personnel while towing.
• Coordinate aircraft movement with the Unifi Leadership.
• Communicating in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Updating task status using Unifi’s allocation software.

Responsibilities

• Complete Pre-Operational Inspections for all equipment used during the shift.
• Ensure operational gates and parking pads are set up/taken down for all aircraft movement.
• Ensuring that you are in position and prepared to support the day of operation at the start of your shift.
• Provide and fulfill such other duties and responsibilities as required, such as ramp, bagroom duties, lavatories, waters, etc.
• Ensure all equipment is correctly signed out, filled up and returned to the appropriate areas at the end of the shift.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Must have aircraft pushback qualification as a prerequisite.
• Must have DDT license as a prerequisite.
• Must have a radio operators license (ROC-A) as a prerequisite.
• Must have a valid and fully cleared RAIC.
• Must be able to obtain brakeride qualifications.
• Must be able to obtain towbarless tractor qualifications.
• Must be able to obtain aircraft bridging qualifications.
• Actively participate in new agent development and provide guidance.
• Actively participate in your own development plans.
• Recognize and action challenges that may arise promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to work shift work, including weekends, AM/PM.
• Must be able to communicate by radio, telephone, etc.
