ATHLETIC DIRECTOR****
You will lead the Middle School Lightning Athletics program and report to the Head Athletics Director and Head of School. Rooted in a commitment to integrity and service modeled on Christ, you will lead a core program that integrates faith into sport while fostering a thriving community. In this role you will be responsible for creating experiences that inspire student-athletes to serve as ambassadors of Christ, while developing events and teams that facilitate deep belonging and school spirit for all students, families and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS****
Training and successful classroom teaching experience (5+ years preferred)
Valid BC teaching certificate or independent schools teaching certification
Experience in athletics, coaching, and physical literacy development.
Evidence of a strong sense of purpose and identity built on Biblical principles and participation in a local Christian church community
WHAT DO WE OFFER?****
Annual salary range of ($75,053 - $112,660), additional athletic director stipend (10% on AD FTE) based on experience and qualifications. See 3401 Educational Staff Compensation at www.langleychristian.com/policies
