Store Manager – Cannabis Retail

About the Role
We’re hiring a Multi-Unit Store Manager to lead daily store operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive sales and compliance of 3 cannabis retail stores. You’ll own store results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams
- Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance
- Create a strong customer-focused sales culture
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with provincial cannabis regulations
- Verify ID and follow all company policies and procedures
About You
- 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibility
- Strong sales, people leadership, and operational skills
- Cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail experience preferred
- Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
- Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
