Paramount Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This hands-on role supports our warehouse, yard, and shop operations to keep everything running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Move materials, tools, and equipment where needed
• Keep the warehouse, yard, shop, and parking areas clean and organized
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (training/certification provided if required)
• Complete basic paperwork and reports accurately
• Support general repairs, maintenance, and outdoor upkeep
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Help with other daily tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous labour, warehouse, yard, or construction experience preferred
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs
• Comfortable with physical work: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Forklift experience is an asset
• Asphalt repair or general maintenance experience is an asset
• Valid driver’s license required (Class 3 is an asset)
• Able to pass pre-employment screening if required
