Position Overview
As an HR Co-op Student, you will gain hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training and labour relations. This opportunity is ideal for a student pursuing a career in Human Resources who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional setting.
How You'll Make an Impact

Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities such as posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.

Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
-
Assist with compiling HR reports and data analytics.
-
Participate in the development or review of HR policies, procedures, and training materials.

Provide administrative support and contribute to special HR projects, as needed.

Support additional tasks and projects as required.

Uphold the high standards that define the Alpine Aerotech brand.
What You'll Bring to our Team

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;

Valid driver's license;

Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

Strong time management and self-motivation.

Ability to build collaborative working relationships.

Awareness of the sensitivity of information received and appropriate handling.

Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
