OAD.ai is a fast-growing psychometric intelligence platform for Sales Leadership. Our technology helps mid-market and enterprise organizations eliminate hiring variance by identifying and replicating the behavioral patterns of their top 1% revenue generators.
By providing VPs of Sales with precise hiring data, OAD.ai enables companies to reduce ramp time, improve hiring accuracy, and consistently hit revenue targets.
We are currently hiring two Founding Account Executives to help scale our growth toward $1M ARR.
The Opportunity
As a Founding Account Executive, you will play a key role in building our revenue engine from the ground up.
This is a full-cycle sales role for a high-performing “hunter.” You will generate your own pipeline, run the entire sales process, and close mid-market deals with Sales Leaders and revenue executives.
Beyond closing deals, you will also ensure clients experience fast ROI by guiding them through their first 30 days of activation.
This role is structured as a self-employed contractor engagement with competitive base pay and strong commission potential.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Lead Generation

Leverage LinkedIn, cold outreach, and social selling to connect with decision makers

Build consistent outbound prospecting campaigns and follow-up cadences
Full-Cycle Deal Execution

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations

- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close

- Close $10,000 – $25,000+ USD ACV deals with VPs of Sales and revenue leaders
Client Activation & Early Success

- Guide newly signed clients through their** first 30 days of onboarding**

- Ensure quick adoption and measurable ROI
Market Intelligence🧠

- Serve as the voice of the market

- Share insights and customer feedback with leadership and product teams to refine our platform
Compensation Structure 💰

- This is a self-employed contractor role with strong earning potential.
Base Compensation
-
- $60,000 CAD per year ($5,000 CAD per month)
Commission
10% uncapped commission on Year 1 ARR
The USD Advantage

- Clients pay in USD, and commissions are calculated on the USD contract value, then paid out in CAD.
Example:

- $15,000 USD contract

- $1,500 USD commission

- Converted and paid in CAD

Qualifications
We’re looking for a **driven, disciplined SaaS sales professional **who thrives in early-stage environments.
Preferred experience includes:

- Proven B2B SaaS sales track record closing new business

- Experience selling to Sales Leaders, RevOps, HR, or Operations (a strong bonus)

- Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation

- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn social selling and outreach cadences

- A relentless hunter mentality — you create opportunities rather than waiting for inbound leads

- Strong communication skills and the operational discipline to manage pipeline, demos, and onboarding
