Responsibilities Market Strategy & Placement: Market new and renewal commercial submissions, negotiate competitive terms, and secure optimal coverage solutions for clients. Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and insurer partners to align placement strategies with client objectives. Portfolio Support: Manage timelines, follow up on underwriting requirements, and ensure smooth execution of placements and renewals. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance markets to support long-term capacity and pricing stability. Process & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to corporate procedures, and support operational consistency across placements. Desired Skills Minimum 3–5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience. Strong understanding of underwriting, coverage analysis, and insurer negotiation. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally.
