The Restaurant Manager is responsible for planning daily operations, recruiting and training staff, and managing work schedules. They also oversee inventory, ensure health and safety compliance, and handle supplier negotiations and customer concerns.

Candidates must have a high school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. The role requires the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with strong dependability and interpersonal skills.
