The manager is responsible for planning daily operations, recruiting and training staff, and monitoring performance. They also handle inventory management, supplier negotiations, and ensure health and safety regulations are met.

Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Personal suitability traits include dependability, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
