Call for Proposals: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR): 2026-27 Academic Year The John F. Wood Centre for Business and Student Enterprise at the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics, University of Guelph is seeking an accomplished entrepreneur to serve as our Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) for the 2026-27 academic year. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support the next generation of entrepreneurs by sharing your experience, insights, and expertise with University of Guelph students and emerging founders. About the Role As Entrepreneur in Residence, you will play an integral role in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among students from a wide range of disciplines. The Entrepreneur in Residence will mentor student founders, provide one-on-one advising, and deliver educational programming. They will also facilitate connections between students and industry networks to strengthen the university's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The role requires an accomplished entrepreneur with the ability to share expertise and insights with students. Candidates must submit a résumé, an introductory video, and a brief statement of interest.
