John Ross & Sons Ltd. specializes in purchasing and processing all ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals, along with accepting a wide range of recyclable material to process. We are currently seeking an energetic and safety minded general laborer to join our team. Accurately label and tag products Maintain a clean and tidy work area Upkeeping safety procedures Ensure deficiencies are noted and reported to management Other labor duties as necessary Qualifications and Skills: Experience with painting is an asset Previous experience in heavy lifting general labor an asset Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently Must be comfortable wearing full PPE while on shift Safety driven mindset Clear communication skills Comfortable working in all weather conditions Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 6:50 AM - 5:00 PM and every second Saturday from 6:50am - 12pm Payrate: $19.50/hr *Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada.
