John The Plumber is growing and hiring full-time plumbing labourers and apprentices to join one of the top plumbing service companies. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the plumbing industry, as well as apprentices who are looking to gain hands-on experience and continue developing their plumbing skills. Applicant Requirements Interest in building a long-term career in plumbing. Valid driver’s license. Reliable transportation. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong physical endurance and ability to perform manual labour. Strong customer service skills. Trustworthy, dependable, and self-motivated. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Apprentices must be willing to continue developing their plumbing knowledge and skills. Job Details The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced plumbers and service technicians on a variety of residential and plumbing projects. Labourers will assist plumbers with general labour, preparation, cleanup, material handling, and other tasks required to complete jobs efficiently and professionally. Apprentices will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, assist with plumbing installations and repairs, and continue developing their skills under the direction of experienced plumbers. Some Responsibilities May Include Assisting plumbers with service and installation work. Assisting with rough-in plumbing. Demolition and removal of existing materials. Jobsite preparation and protection. Cleanup before, during, and after jobs. Lifting and moving materials, supplies, and tools. Loading and unloading vehicles. Assisting with plumbing installations and repairs. Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite. Following company safety procedures and directions. Providing professional and respectful customer service. Learning and developing plumbing skills and knowledge. Other duties as required to support the plumbing team.
