Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada (onsite) Salary Range: $20.00 -$23.00 per hour Vacancy Type: Co-op Position Schedule: Full-time, Day shift Relocation: Not Applicable Travel: Minimal As our next Insourcing Coordinator Co-op, you will work closely with the toolroom manager and coordinators to develop a process flow capturing all needed inputs and outputs, those responsible for each and tying them together to create a closed loop system with a live costing model. What You’ll Be Doing: * Create and populate a file database to include over 400 individual part numbers across three Ontario locations. * The database to include: * Part numbers, CAD model files, CMM program files, NC machining files and costs for each individual component at each level of machining. * Work in compliance with JEC Mississauga, Quality and HSE policies and procedures. * Communicate with the Production and other Departments on a regular basis to keep them well informed of the progress in technological advances made within the scope of this position. * Work in compliance with JEC Mississauga Quality and EHS Policies and Procedures, including IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001. * All other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: * Third or Fourth Year Student or pursuing Tool & Die in Skills Trade. * Accomplished problem solving skills. * Demonstrated ability to excel in a results oriented, fast paced and customer-focused environment. * Self motivated and experienced in leading continuous improvement initiatives in all aspects of the business. * Background in automotive or similar manufacturing environments preferred How to Apply: Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com – We can’t wait to meet you! Exigences
