We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a diverse skill set to join our Marketing and Communications department. You’ll create high-quality concepts and designs for various communications products and campaigns in print, digital, web, and video formats. You will also work with our team to ensure that our publications and communications materials are up-to-date, accessible, adhere to our brand standards, and meet business and project objectives . As a highly organized and detail-oriented team member, you’ll contribute to developing enhanced processes and systems within the department, including selecting and implementing a digital asset management platfor m. *Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office only, with three days in-office per we ek. Duties and responsibiliti es: Create compelling graphic and multi-media designs and layouts for various platforms, including digital ads, banners, social media, presentations, brochures, e-newsletters, and printed marketing collate ral.Develop, edit and/or oversee the design and production of materials used in various channels and mediums, including web content, video content, animations, infographics and branded merchand ise.Maintain consistency in branding by ensuring all design elements align with company guideli nes.Optimize website and digital content to ensure functionality, visual appeal, and positive user experie nce.Work closely with IT, developers, and external parties, providing expertise and guidance on design, brand, and communication best practi ces.Identify business process improvements and suggest ways to streamline or enhance procedu res.Stay current with new and emerging design trends and the tools, software and platforms used to develop innovative multi-media cont ent. Qualificati ons: 5+ years of design experience pref erred.Degree or diploma from an accredited graphic design, multi-media design, or related pr ogram.Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultane ously.Experience maintaining a highly organized file management s ystem.Ability to work closely in a team environment and self-motivated to work independ ently.Proficient in graphic design programs, and experience with digital platforms used to create, distribute and manage digital a ssets.
