JDIMI Consulting is hiring a Client Service Consultant, Group Benefits for our Mississauga location. If you are a positive and results-driven individual who excels at providing superior client service and support, we invite you to join our team. You will have a proven track record of strengthening existing relationships and providing high touch, high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: •Participate in dialogue with clients in order to determine their challenges, needs or concerns •Proactively develop solutions to meet the needs of plan sponsors and members •Initiate or participate in developing new business opportunities in both benefits and other human capital solutions •Managing client relationships for small to large sized accounts •Interact with clients and Insurance Companies to ensure plan is operating efficiently •Conduct member education sessions •Prepare and facilitate presentation that explain the group plan for members •Remain current and up-to-date on market trends •Discuss the performance of the group plans with clients •Deliver outstanding customer service in a professional manner to assist client’s decision-making process •Proactively share knowledge and best practices to ensure team objectives are met REQUIREMENTS: •Minimum 7 years customer service experience •Post secondary school education diploma and/or degree required. •Having or working towards the LLQP license and CEBS/GBA designation •Strong knowledge of group benefit administration and services •Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail •Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint WHAT WE OFFER: Hybrid work flexibility Health and Dental Benefits RRSP matching Paid Vacation Sick Days Vary Days Bonus Structure This is for an existing posting Navacord DOES NOT utilize artificial intelligence in the screening, assessment, or selection of applicants.
