What You’ll Be Accountable For Production Support: Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose issues, and restore operations safely and efficiently. Technical Expertise: Serve as a maintenance subject-matter expert, supporting teams with troubleshooting and repair solutions. Preventative Maintenance: Execute and improve corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs. Documentation & Reporting: Record maintenance work, parts usage, and service details accurately and on time. Equipment Reliability: Maintain machinery, utilities, and facilities to meet operations, safety, and quality standards. Project Support: Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and new projects from design through execution. Contractor Coordination: Oversee external contractors to ensure work meets safety, quality, timeline, and budget expectations. Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, safety, and equipment performance. Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Compliance & Safety: Follow Quality Management System, Health & Safety, and ISO 14001 Environmental requirements. What You’ll Bring Certified Industrial Millwright qualification with proven industrial experience 3+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of industrial equipment including pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, presses, and packaging systems Experience with preventative and reliability-focused maintenance practices Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions Comfort working with contractors and cross-functional teams Lean manufacturing knowledge is an asset Electrician license is an asset A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail Why Join Jones Healthcare Group At Jones, you’ll be part of a team that’s shaping the future of healthcare packaging with purpose and care. Pay will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The Maintenance Millwright is responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure operational reliability. They execute preventative maintenance programs and oversee external contractors to maintain safety and quality standards.

Candidates must have a Certified Industrial Millwright qualification and at least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with industrial equipment like pumps, conveyors, and hydraulics is required, while an electrician license is an asset.
