<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Set up, program and operate<b><strong> </strong></b><span class="long-word">Milling/Turning/Lathe</span> CNC machines</li><li>Load, verify, and set up tools/inserts as required</li><li>Conduct first-part and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools</li><li>Troubleshoot machine issues</li><li>Continuously optimize setups to reduce cycle times and improve production efficiency</li><li>Log working hours and time tracking for work orders</li><li>Performing basic maintenance as needed</li><li>Ensure quality parts are being produced</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications and Skills</p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years<b><strong> </strong></b>of CNC <span class="long-word">milling/turning/lathe</span> setup experience</li><li>Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T</li><li>Strong knowledge of CNC tooling, offsets, and troubleshooting techniques</li><li>Ability to work with tight tolerances and ensure precision machining</li><li>Skilled in the use of precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize machining processes</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Pay will be based off of previous work experience.</p></div></div>
