*\*\*Job Overview:\*\** This role is for Mississauga and Brampton. If you have a passion for *youth* and *coaching*, join our team as a Sports Instructor/Coach! Play a vital role in shaping the skills and confidence of our youth. As a Coach, you will lead training sessions, develop drills, and inspire youth to reach their full potential on and off the court. *Duties:* * Plan and lead practices, drills, and games. * Teach sport skills, rules, teamwork, and sportsmanship. * Give players clear and helpful feedback. * Motivate players and create a positive environment. * Track player progress and adjust coaching when needed. * Work with other coaches and staff. *Experience:* * Coaching or competitive playing experience in basketball, soccer, volleyball, or hockey. * Good knowledge of the sport?s rules and fundamentals. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Able to work well with children and encourage teamwork and discipline. * Fitness or Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience is an asset.
