We are looking for an Aesthetician who has passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and providing exceptional guest services. This role offers an opportunity to utilize your skills in a professional environment dedicated to enhancing clients' natural beauty and confidence. The Aesthetician will be responsible for delivering a variety of skincare services, including facials, Microneedling, Dermaplaining, body waxing, nail care, and relaxation massage while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing experience for all guests. *Responsibilities* * Perform professional skincare treatments (facials, peels, advanced treatments including microneedling and dermaplaining) * Provide peronalized consultations and skincare recommendations * Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary workspace * Offer exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries effectively * Build and Maintain strong client relationships * Engage in upselling of products and services to maximize client satisfaction and business growth * Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide expert advice *Requirements:* * Minimum 1+ years of experience as a licensed Aesthetician * Ideal candidate has an established client base * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments * Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to enhance revenue opportunities * Skilled in body waxing, nail care, relaxation massage and other aesthetic treatments * Professional, reliable, and client focused *What We Offer:* * Flexible Schedule (Part-time - full time) * Supportive and professional work environment * Opportunity to grow your clientele and career * Competitive compensation (commission based) *How to Apply:* Please apply through indeed with your resume and a cove letter We look forward to welcoming a motivated and talented aesthetician to our team.
