Job Requirements Perform initial assessments and develop customized treatment plans Deliver massage therapy for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions Maintain a consistent caseload and focus on high-quality outcomes Navigate between working autonomously and thriving as part of a team-driven environment. Cultivate excellent communication and interpersonal relationships. Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) Diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution Performance Metrics Elicit positive patient recovery outcomes and high satisfaction levels. Candidates must be a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and hold a diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
