Auto Wrecker Manager *KW Auto Wreckers* is looking for an experienced and motivated *Auto Wrecker Manager* to oversee the day-to-day operations of our auto recycling and wrecking facility. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the auto wrecker/salvage industry, strong leadership skills, and proven management experience. Responsibilities * Manage daily operations of the auto wrecking and recycling facility * Supervise, train, and schedule staff * Oversee vehicle receiving, dismantling, parts processing, inventory, and yard organization * Ensure vehicles and parts are handled safely and efficiently * Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records * Coordinate vehicle purchasing, sales, and parts operations * Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and workplace regulations * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and work environment * Troubleshoot operational issues and make decisions to keep the business running efficiently * Work with customers, suppliers, recyclers, and other industry partners * Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sales, and profitability * Enforce company policies and workplace safety procedures Qualifications * *Previous experience working in an auto wrecker, auto salvage, or auto recycling facility is required* * *Previous management or supervisory experience is required* * Strong knowledge of vehicles, automotive parts, and dismantling processes * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage employees and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities * Valid driver's licence * Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment * Experience with inventory systems or automotive parts software is an asset What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Full-time position * Opportunity to take a leadership role in an established auto recycling business * Hands-on, varied work environment *If you have both auto wrecker experience and management experience and are looking for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you.* *Apply today to join the team at KW Auto Wreckers.* Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
