As a Conflicts Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a key member of the conflicts team, supporting new business intake, conflict-of-interest reviews, and confidential data management for a fast-paced law firm environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys working with complex information, collaborating with legal professionals, and building a career within the legal services industry. Responsibilities Review and initial screen of new business intake forms and lateral candidate questionnaires to ensure completeness and accuracy, requesting missing information as needed. Maintain and update the Client Terms database, Confidential Client List, and Lateral Candidate Tracker; perform data clean-up and close projects. Manage the Ethical Wall and Conflict Alert Notice systems to ensure compliance with professional conduct rules. Respond to standard departmental email inquiries, escalate issues, and assist with filing and record-keeping. Conduct conflict-of-interest searches using the firm’s conflict database systems. Analyze search results and generate reports identifying potential conflicts for attorney review. Communicate conflict check results clearly and promptly to attorneys and staff. Provide general administrative support and assist with additional duties as requested. Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred; law firm experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with legal or financial systems (e.g., Aderant, Intapp Terms) is beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, follow instructions, and work overtime when needed Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. The Compensation range for this role is 25.00 to 28.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications. This position has a shift of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm AZT.
