Overview Position Summary The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the efficient, organized, and accurate operation of the dealership’s OEM parts warehouse. This role handles stocking, picking, organizing, and maintaining inventory while ensuring timely support for wholesale, retail, and service‑department needs. The Parts Warehouse Associate helps maintain smooth workflow throughout the parts department, contributing to a clean, safe, and productive warehouse environment. Responsibilities and Qualifications Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, and stock incoming OEM parts in designated warehouse locations. Pick, stage, and prepare parts orders for retail, wholesale, and service‑department fulfillment. Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling, bin management, and organization. Assist with regular cycle counts and full physical inventories as required. Identify inventory discrepancies and report issues to the parts leadership team. Ensure the warehouse remains clean, orderly, and compliant with dealership safety standards. Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts (training provided if needed). Support parts counter staff and drivers with order preparation and workflow. Help manage returns, cores, and warranty parts following OEM and dealership procedures. All other duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or automotive parts preferred. Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle physical tasks. Basic computer proficiency: experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is an asset. Ability to lift and move parts and boxes as required (typically up to 50 lbs.) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in automotive or logistics is an asset.
