We’re looking for Senior QA Engineers with strong experience in manual or automated testing, skilled in ensuring the quality of high-performance, scalable systems, and committed to quality best practices. What you’ll build and own Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases. Perform manual testing to identify functional, integration, usability, and edge-case issues. Create, maintain, and improve automated test suites and testing frameworks. Test web applications, APIs, and backend services for functionality, reliability, and performance. Validate AI-generated code and features to ensure they meet quality, maintainability, and business requirements. Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with developers on solutions. Contribute to quality best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across projects. Participate in requirement reviews and help identify risks early in the development process. Core Requirements 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing. Strong experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies. Experience testing web applications, APIs, mobile apps, and backend systems. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, or similar. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development workflows. Ability to review application code and understand system behavior when investigating issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Experience testing software developed with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT. Programming experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar languages. Experience with performance, security, accessibility, or load testing. Experience contributing to test strategy, QA processes, or quality initiatives at a senior level. Comfortable working flexible hours to overlap with distributed teams across different time zones.
