A perks program that offers employee discounts on tires, services and more. Responsibilities Perform tire installation, balancing, rotation, and repairs on various vehicles. Inspect tires and wheels for damage or wear and recommend appropriate service. Operate tire service equipment safely and efficiently, following all procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times. Provide excellent service by communicating clearly with team members and customers. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to solve problems on the spot. Valid driver’s license required. Comfortable working in a physical environment and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Prioritize safety, including wearing required PPE and following all safety procedures.
